This role suits an ambitious consultant looking to apply insight to improving an organisation’s planning, delivery and performance capabilities and outcomes. This would entail the Consultant helping our clients get the greatest value out of our industry-leading methods and software, applying a mix of business and technical acumen to help drive a customer’s performance onwards.
The Solution Consultant is expected to come from a project delivery environment, such as a Program Management Office, or Program/Project Manager. The Consultant should expect a variety of work, from sales assistance, through product enhancement requests, customer training, and implementation advice and guidance.
We are therefore looking for candidates with experience of navigating the complexity of transformation change, organisational politics, and technology automation, coupled with a track record of delivering serious ROI for medium to large businesses.

To assist with project implementations including the co-ordination and delivery of project tasks to ensure projects are delivered
on time and meet the overall objectives for the customer. There is also a technical element which involves assisting with the
system configuration and data import of client data.
Business Process Delivery
Demonstrate business process consulting to ensure fit-for-purpose customer processes and capabilities. Work with customers
to ensure self-sufficiency and return on renewed governance models and processes.
Demonstrate technical knowledge and expertise in relevant areas. Assisting with product testing and logging enhancement
requests where recognised either from customer feedback or personal experience. Motivated to learn new products and
functionality and keep skills current.
Training customers in the product and its application by demonstrating a good level of knowledge of Execview. Plan training
based on client objectives and co-ordinate required materials. Assess the knowledge of trainees to enable different learning styles
to be accommodated and to assist with choosing the best methods and training plan for the client.
Develop good relationships with team members, demonstrating team commitment by delivering on promises and meeting
deadlines. Recognise contributions others can make to assist with delivering projects of high standards. Recognise own strengths
and abilities. Work with the team and as an individual to meet the teams KPI objectives.
Communicate with customers clearly and logically, adjusting to the audience to enable effective communication at all levels.
